Lately, i've been gettin pop-up ads for california air tools. since i'm in the market for a compressor, i opened the ad with great interest. they offer an ultra quiet compressor that's also oil-less and has some pretty impressive cfm rates (6.40 cfm at 40 psi, 5.30 cfm at 90 psi), even with relatively small tanks.. Re: quiet compressors all compressors are noisy but the oiless are noisier as a rule for a given size. people do spray painting and finishing with oiled compressors with separators/filters all the time and this includes people doing fine airbrush work..
